About my family
My family is my support and greatest joy. I have an adult son Mikhail 28 years, and a daughter Tatyana 14 years. I am proud of their successes and support them in everything they do. In addition, I am interested in psychology and self-development, I hold meetings with clients and read literature on self-development and psychology. I love walks in nature, which help me recharge and relax. I also value communication with my daughter, with whom we have a very warm relationship.
My typical day
My day starts with morning yoga, which charges me with energy and a positive attitude. After that, I make breakfast, usually something light and healthy. Then I do my work - I consult as a psychologist and work on self-development, learning new approaches and methods of working with clients. I prefer to spend lunch with my family, most often with my daughter, after which we can go for a walk or spend time together. In the evening, I have work sessions again, but there is always time for reading or watching my favourite movie before bed. This schedule allows me to balance between work, self-development and family.

I am a beautiful, smart and purposeful woman who always achieves her goals. I believe in myself, and my strengths and do not stop at what has been achieved. It is important to maintain internal balance and believe in the best because faith in yourself and God helps to overcome any difficulties in life. I have a unique ability to create a cosy and harmonious space around me, as well as inspire others to develop and grow. I have charm, and intelligence and know how to enjoy life.
My future goals are
In the future, I aspire to live with a view of the sea or ocean, enjoying the harmony and beauty of nature. My life goals are related to internal and external well-being. I dream of creating a cozy space for myself and my loved ones, where I can feel happy and calm. Professionally, I continue to develop as a psychologist and plan to expand my knowledge and skills to help people in their life journeys. I need to surround myself with people who value sincerity, and honesty and support my aspirations.
